Hello, Welcome all to my Website.  I'm a native New Yorker, who loves good food and good travels. 

I'm an expert real estate agent with COLDWELL BANKER SEA COAST ADVANTAGE out of Washington, NC and surrounding counties.

New York is the place of my birth, North Carolina is the place of my heart. My roots run deep here in Eastern North Carolina. I come from a family of preachers and farmers. Come to Eastern North Carolina and I'll help you find a great place to live, get an outstanding education, have a family, work or start a business.

I was born and raised in New York city. At 8 years old I came to North Carolina to reside with my Aunt and Uncle. During the next 5 years, I learned the finer skills of life like, skinning a cat fish, fishing with a long pole, bird talk and singing with the Cicadas. My Southern family and friends taught me how to listen to people from my heart. To understand thoughts not spoken but deeply felt.

Returning to North Carolina in my mid twenties, I got married had a daughter and over the years a plethora of cats. I completed my first BS Degree at East Carolina University in Restaurant Management. My favorite past-time is cooking and deep sea fishing off of North Carolina's beautiful Crystal Coast and traveling.

​Over the years I have traveled near and far.  Basically, I follow water. I have visited many coastal towns in the USA.  Including the Gulf Coast areas and the West Coast.   I visited Saudi Arabia 4 times, Southern England where I toured Lyme Regis, Bristol, Taunton and Shakespeare's home in Stratford Upon Avon.  A group of friends and I visited Morocco and Southern Spain.  In Morocco, I took a picture of a beautiful little girl.  We actually connected and when It was time for her to go, she screamed and cried.  She didn't want to leave me.  I was sad to see her go too, and everyone around, including her mother, was surprised at her reaction.  

Currently residing in Eastern North Carolina, the coastal international world center, I love deep sea fishing in the Gulf Stream off of North Carolina's Crystal Coast, reading about and meeting people of different cultures, learning more about their lifestyles and dreams.  For 30 Years I ran a local radio broadcast named Islam in Focus, with my husband.  We spoke on religion, and community issues.

My over 25 years experience in real estate began with a diploma from Pitt Community College in Residential Carpentry. After successfully attaining a Builders General Contractors License I added to my knowledge a second BS degree in Construction Management from of course, East Carolina University.

Having knowledge in building systems, soil types and costs helps my buyers choose properties that suit their needs and their budgets. Understanding of real estate market trends helps my sellers move their properties at top prices. But my best skill, is listening.

I am your go-to anywhere real estate agent Locally, and Globally.  Traveling encourages me to continue studying different languages to converse easily with you and learn about your realestate needs.  Look for me in my future travels throughout USA and all of Asia.  You can find me visiting the beautiful multicolored mountains in China and eating sushi everywhere especially in Korea and Japan.  From my travels I hope to gain design ideas to incorporate in future building projects and develop lifelong friendships.
